I believe I've waited past the two months initially predicted. These are the last two communications I've had with LaForge over email. I've received no email response since May; before the shutdown and suspending of LF's refund policy.
Initially I should've been entitled to the refund as I had requested it before the suspension, but I felt I'd be reasonable and wait. It's now December and there's still no word on when/ if I'll receive my refund. Please @Corey | Founder | give me my refund. I've waited long enough for these glasses. I know you've waited much longer to get your dream to reality, but not everyone can share your enthusiasm and perseverance; especially with the lack of updates over the last SEVERAL years.
I get running a company is busy, and that you may not have time every week to send an update, but a few words once every month doesn't take much; a hour block in your calendar at most and would help people like me from giving up on such a dream. Please honor my refund.
I'll just hope I guess to receive my refund in the next few weeks, given what I've gone through I would STRONGLY encourage anyone else looking to buy these glasses to look elsewhere. I've spent over two years waiting for my pair and have yet to receive any proof that Alpha Rev0 has ever shipped or even exists. I've left messages on this forum before, being skeptical of the timeline, but now It has gotten ridiculous.

On April 16th 2020 they responded to me via Facebook Messenger with the below statement

I locked in my preorder, but never received test frames. I had high hopes for this project, at this point just like you Thomas, I'd just like my money back, or in the unlikely case that progress is being made on the glasses, and update, or proof it's real.
Unfortunately there's news of the company opening up, but no reply about my refund progress once so ever. I've posted again in the 'Affected by COVID' thread, with no response to my inquiry about receiving an email regarding my refund process.
I've contacted a couple fraud agencies and filed requests, uploaded the video to Youtube and I guess will need to start sharing it. Will post it here, along with comments on the 'Don't ask when' videos, some others.
Shame, really just wanted a refund processed in a reasonable amount of time. Thought that would be reasonable to request.

Still have not received a response through email; even after requesting one through the forms which @Corey | Founder | seems to respond to. I've decided after a year that I've waited long enough and will take steps to publicly address this issue.
I'm still waiting for my refund but to be very clear I have NEVER received an email response of confirmation of my request, or acknowledgement that it would be processed.
2020 ended without any communication from La Forge. Kind of crazy.

This is turning into a blog-posting like habit it seems. I still haven't heard anything about my refund by email and no news regarding when or if it will be processed.

I've sent another email, have yet to receive any response. I'll continue to update this post with any updates (or lack thereof) while my refund process is sorted out.
It's hard to believe that I ordered these almost 5 years ago and was expecting to have them by Christmas 2016!
Email-wise, I received 21 communications in 2016, 21 in 2017, 5 updates in 2018, 3 in 2019, and 0 in 2020.
