Sent in my Rx for the lock-in glasses around a year ago. I submitted my Rx on April 9th 2018 and received a confirmation from support on April 17th. Since then I have had no feedback from support with emails sent out on Oct 25, Nov 26, and Dec 28th to Alpha@laforgeoptical.com and then to Info@laforgeoptical.com in March, I decided to try here to get some help along with sending another round of emails.
I understand the wait for the final product and I'm content on that but seems I'm well overdue for some new glasses and would love for the lock-in pair to finally happen
