Hi all as stated previously, the first pair of eyewear will not have full functionality and will be replaced with Rev2. The purpose of the first sets of eyewear is to study what people can and can't see, so we can capture these observations before commiting to final configuration. Please remember we are takign a variety of factors from people prescription in order two predict which of our lens designs each wearer should get in order to see things clearly.

I thought the app was ready long ago since Corey did mentioned that he could have shipped the glasses on March but held back due to internal review. When I saw that they are on developing stage for the interface few months ago, I was actually quite shock.

I get what maverickn7833h is talking about; if the first 30 backers are receiving their glasses within a few days or weeks, surely they must have some software to install on their phones, even if just a beta-version...

I would think they would have that up and running seeing as the 1st 30 will have their glasses shipped out this month. If not, what will the glasses pull from?

The was talk of getting the next round of focus groups going, but I haven't heard anything in a few weeks. Presumably we'll get through those first. You can always see the most current published build from that same older blog post!

I hope so. I look forward to exploring the official app and give feedback for the Android side of it. I just got the Note 8 and it's really fast. Can't wait to see how it performs with everything.
