Will Rev2 have the change in design with the light behind the lens or will it still be in front? Also will Rev2 be able to be software upgraded to be able to do turn by turn directions like Rev3?

This is one of many posts that were corrupted back in early June. At this point, I think it's unlikely that the original comments and answers will ever be recovered. About your second question, I really doubt it. The way the Alphas have been described are as test modules, moving on towards the Betas, so I really doubt that any of the Alphas will receive ANY form of update; they're basically one-shot devices meant to test specific aspects of the glasses, with a life span/self-justification of a few months at best... Basically, you get your Alphas (any rev), you test them out, you send feedback to Laforge and then in early 2018 you get the real product, the Betas.

Excellent question, hopefully someone answers soon.
