As mentioned a while ago, we're going to overhaul the pre-order system to make it less onerous for us to maintain. We are splitting the list up into cohorts, added a countdown clock, and there is still a search feature. Check out the screenshot below and let me know what your thoughts.
I don't show up either..
I don't show up on the waitlist for some reason. My order was before the listed cutoff, but I'm not there.
Is this new layout for the waitlist live? Your V2 layout looks good. Personally prefer it over the V1.
A further tweak to to the layout and provided more information. This way everyone will know some information about where we are with shipments for cohorts that are in front of them. I will also add some search instructions as well (the pre-order numbers update when people change their address or frame style). Based on how we will be showing the info, people will be able to search based on the first three letters of their first and the first 4 or last 5 characters of their pre-order number). As I know some people attempt to reverse engineer their sequence based on order number (don't the numbers are not sequential) we have also added sequence numbers. There are some gaps in the numbers. So for example, if you are number 200 in cohort 2 (Sequnce 2-200) you are in front of number 150 in cohort 3 (Sequence 3-150).
I just compared the screenshot against the current "Waitlist", and I think the newer idea is an improvement. Kudos for keeping a search feature, that makes things much easier!

A follow-up question to the email, then: In which form do you want the prescription, PD and mailing address? There´s only link to a DIY PD tutorial. The first time we were given a link to an upload page, but I can´t seem to locate anything like that under my account on your website or here on XD... Should we just reply to the email with the prescription attached?
This will list all the pre-orders but we have broken it up in cohorts. This does not relate to the email about PDs and prescriptions.
The email you are referring to represents a final check; people have moved, Rx's have changed and a lot of PDs are missing. We are going to be even more aggressive with getting out eyewear in May. A lot of people who locked in did not give us all the information.
Looks good, but those countdowns commit! Will it list all preorders now?
Is this related to the mail asking for prescription and PD? Because we already uploaded those a year ago...
