From a programmatic perspective, specifically how are widgets and other display-constituents represented in the display-area (i.e. HTML5, proprietary framework, Android / iOS SDKs)?

@Corey: Enjoyed the update. Brutalist, even perhaps, deconstructivist in design approach - quite modern.
Cheers.

@Corey: Understood. I put forth effort to keep cards close at these edges for not having ideas wholly lifted or re-appropriated and to harness some manner of escape-velocity with emergent-tech and maximize impact. Looking forward to it. Cheers.

@informative: We will release this soon. At times the project can be a victim of its own success, in that our small size means that new opportunities (like taking money from investors and drafting responses to the patent office) can slow things down. I have brought on a project manager, a new assistant, and couple people on businesss development. Just hang tight. Everyone's patience and loyalty will be rewarded.

This is the only reason I haven't submitted a proof-of-concept Mod.

Alright. I'll ask about whether we can get something more comprehensive out next week. I know Corey mentioned the app getting more finalized soon in the last update email.

Thank you for the response, though with all due respect this is only a very high-level brief high-lighting some capabilities of the platform. As a developer, I can't envision or project any ideations for the product without more programmatic information.
Any updates regarding to developmental [SDK/platform] aspects of the platform?

@informative. I'm hella busy. I will do my best to add more details this week in the blog. A lot more companies and investors are talking to us these days so it can slow down my ability to write up things.

Hi, no intention to inundate just curious as to whether an API/SDK-related blog was posted an I missed it. I have been considering ideations and working of projections and don't want to over-commit. Cheers!

@informativearchitect: I've been overwhelmed the past few days as I have been finishing up this licensing agreement, having some meetings Qualcomm and their OEMs, and packing up my things to move into a new apartment. The short answer is that we are working on it and I will be attempting to write a blog post about it within the next 3 to 4 days. For now I will leave you with these two images that I will explain in the coming days.

I was in direct communication with him some time ago and there were some preliminary insights though, to my understanding, an API/SDK had not been formalized.

I haven't heard, or gleaned, anything that is definitive and this lack of information restricts prospects as one cannot envision or formulate a developmental-approach or formalize any ideations.

It sounds like there will be one API that largely piggy-backs on HTML and CSS for displaying information, and that, at the request of many developers, they are considering another API to allow mods to display graphics more natively.

All app data is fed through the SocialFlo app/platform, where then it is displayed on Shima. SocialFlo is the only full app that interfaces between Shima and other apps, using Mods written to pull relevant data from said apps and format it for minimalistic display.
Im right with you on being eager to see and play with whatever language the development team is using for Mods and socialFlo; I dont know what it is yet.
