Arrival date of glasses?

I might be out of the loop on this, but I am wondering when I can expect to receive my glasses. I saw that my card was charged for $610 a few months back, and I would like to receive what I paid for. If it is not for some time, I would like a refund at this point. Please reply to my message thanks
